Kill Team: Moroch is the new expansion for Kill Team, and is offered at a price-point giving approximately 65% Added Value.
As an expansion for Kill Team, this boxed set provides 2 all-new specialist Kill Teams for use in game, including a 12-man Chaos-aligned Kill Team, The Blooded. Comprising of 10 all-new Traitor Guardsmen miniatures as well as a Traitor Enforcer/Commissar and Traitor Ogryn (only previously available as part of the Warhammer Quest Blackstone Fortress expansion Traitor Command). Additionally, it includes a 10-man Space Marines Phobos Strike Team, comprising Primaris Infiltrators (48-97), with an all-new upgrade frame allowing the Infiltrators to be built as a wide variety of the Specialists needed in Kill Team games.
The set also includes a Kill Team gaming board, a host of the recently released (in early April) Battlezone Fronteris Terrain [including STC Hab-Bunker and Stockades (64-55), Vox-Antenna and Auspex Shrine (64-56) and Landing Pad (64-57)] for The Blooded and the Phobos Strike Team to fight over, a transfer sheet for the Space Marines, and a Kill Team Moroch Book, which includes all the rules customers need to field these new specialist Kill Teams in their Kill Team games.
In Relation to Other Products:
The best way to start playing Kill Team, is the Kill Team Starter Set. Not only does this contain two Kill Teams (Veteran Guardsmen, fashioned in the regalia of the Death Korps of Krieg, and Ork Kommandos), but also terrain. The Starter Set contains a full version of the rules for the Kill Team game and as well as a set of Killzone Essentials – required to play every game of Kill Team (plus the rules for using the Kill Teams in the box of course).
As an expansion its likely anyone picking up Moroch will, if they havent already, want to pick up the Kill Team: Compendium. This rules tome contains additional rules for fielding any of 19 different factions from across the 41st Millennium. The Compendium is a great addition for any customer who’s wanting to go ‘all-in’.
The Kill Team: Tac Ops Cards are a nice add-on sale item, aimed at all those customers who enjoy the ease of playing their games without having to refer to objective lists contained in their Rulebooks. This handy set of cards provides both players with all the possible objectives they could pick from, making their gaming as easy as possible, rather than them having to secretly note their objectives down at the start of the game.
The Blooded are Traitor Guardsmen, who are ideal for use as Chaos Cultists in Chaos Space Marine armies. Alongside the release of Kill Team Moroch, the Blooded also get their own Kill Team Blooded Dice Set (102-52), and in addition the Chaos Space Marine Legionaries (originally from the Kill Team: Nachmund box) get their stand-alone release.
The Phobos Strike Team also receive their own Dice Set. The Infiltrator models in the Moloch box go perfectly alongside: Combat Patrol: Space Marines (which also contains Phobos-armoured Space Marines), meaning your Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine players have even more stealthy Space Marines to use!
