Dear customer

Over the past couple of weeks, we have communicated a number of changes to how Games Workshop is responding to the COVID-19 outbreak to safeguard the wellbeing of our customers and staff around the globe.

As you may be aware, following guidance from both the government here in the UK and throughout the world, we have chosen to close all Games Workshop sites until an initial date of the 14th of April. This closure includes our factory and distribution centres and means that we will not be able to dispatch any products until sometime after the 14th of April (at the earliest).

There will be no new physical products released in April, with the earliest possible product launch date being the 2nd of May. As you would expect, these dates may be delayed further in due course.

We appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone, and we appreciate your support of our efforts to protect our customers and staff and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

For those of you who are still selling, and engaging your customers through social media at this time, we’re stepping up our content offer on Warhammer-Community.com to help keep our fans excited. There are new hobby articles every day and a free live stream on twitch.tv/warhammer weekdays from 4pm UK time. You might find it helpful to point your customers to this content; we’re keeping it positive and a lot of our fans are enjoying a hobby-oriented diversion at this time.
