Dear customer

Over the past weeks we have communicated a number of changes to how Games Workshop is responding to the COVID-19 outbreak, to safeguard the well being of our customers and staff around the globe. 

Following advice and instruction from relevant local government authorities around the world, our factory and distribution centre’s remain closed in the US, UK and Australia, and we are, therefore, currently not shipping products.

There will be no new physical products released this month, with the earliest possible product launch date being the 2nd of May. As you would expect, these dates may be delayed further in due course.

We appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone, and we are grateful for your support of our efforts to protect our customers and staff and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

For those of you who are still selling, and engaging your customers through social media at this time, we’re stepping up our content offer on Warhammer-Community.com to help keep our fans excited. There are new hobby articles every day and a free live stream on twitch.tv/warhammer weekdays (from 4pm UK time). You might find it helpful to point your customers to this content; we’re keeping it positive and a lot of our fans are enjoying a hobby-oriented diversion at this time. If you have any suggestions on content you’d like to see, let the Warhammer Community team know at community@gwplc.com
