As is usual this time of year, our Trade Terms are being updated to reflect ongoing developments.
This year the change is focused around the section of Terms commonly used in Europe and Australia which deals with sales channels, where we are simplifying our Terms. In addition there are some minor changes (which are common to the Terms in many territories), and all of these changes will take effect on 28th June.

Most Retailers will find the changes have little or no impact, but should you have any questions after looking at the document, please contact your Account Manager.
