Over the previous weeks, we have communicated a number of updates on how Games Workshop has responded to the COVID-19 outbreak in order to safeguard the wellbeing of our customers and staff around the globe.

The health and safety of all our customers and staff is our top priority, and we’ve been carefully following all advice and guidelines from relevant authorities. Following exceptional efforts from our health and safety and warehousing teams, and in compliance with local policies, we have been able to reopen our distribution centres. Therefore, we’re delighted to announce that we have resumed shipping products to our trading partners.

In order to return to normal operations while following health and safety guidelines, we are having to stage our capacity. This means, at least in the initial period, there are some changes to our service in terms of product range and delivery times.

We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, and we appreciate your support of our efforts to protect our customers and staff and help slow the spread of the coronavirus. We recommend that retailers follow all their local government guidance, and we applaud those who are inventively engaging with social distancing guidelines by pursuing such options as curbside pick-ups and deliveries for their loyal customers.
