Kill Team: Nachmund (Release Date: 19 March 2022)
The Product Offer:
Kill Team: Nachmund follows in the footsteps of Kill Team: Chalnath, and is the second expansion to the new edition of Kill Team launched last summer.
As an expansion for Kill Team, this boxed set provides 2 new specialist Kill Teams for use in game, including 10 all-new Aeldari Voidscarred Corsair miniatures, as well as a 10-model Chaos Space Marine Legionaries Kill Team (which benefit from a set of new upgrades allowing the Legionaries to make the wide variety of Specialists needed in Kill Team). The set also includes a Kill Team gaming board, a host of of (previously available) Sector Mechanicus terrain, transfer sheets for each Kill Team, and a Kill Team Nachmund Book, which includes all the rules customers need to field these new specialist Kill Teams in their Kill Team games.
In Relation to Other Products:
Customers who are brand new to this exciting game should start with the Kill Team Starter Set. It contains two Kill Teams (Death Korps of Krieg Veteran Guardsmen and Ork Kommandos), terrain and the rules for using the Kill Teams in the box. The Starter Set contains a full version of the rules for Kill Team and as well as a set of Killzone Essentials – required to play every game of Kill Team.
Customers who are already playing the new edition of Kill Team, should look at the Kill Team: Compendium if they dont already have it. This rules tome contains additional rules for fielding any of 19 different factions from across the 41st Millennium in games of Kill Team. The Kill Team: Tac Ops Cards are a great smaller upsell item, for all customers who enjoy the ease of playing their games without having to refer to objective lists contained in their Rulebooks – this handy set of cards provides both players with all the possible objectives they could pick from, making their gaming as easy as possible, rather than them having to secretly note their objectives down at the start of the game.
The Corsair Voidscarred are piratical outcast Aeldari whose miniatures will be available for the first time ever in plastic in this boxed set. As such, there’s a valuable conversation to be had with any one picking up Kill Team: Nachmund about whether they’re fans of the Aeldari in Warhammer 40,000. If so, the recently released (just two weeks earlier on 5 March) Codex: Aeldari, along with the Guardians and Warlocks would each be great upsell items, alongside the Dark Reapers and the Phoenix Lord Maugan Ra release at the same time. Any customers who are fans of Chaos Space Marines could be similarly well served by picking up Start Collecting! Chaos Space Marines.
